Prepared Christmas Catering

Pick up from centrally located kitchen, Christmas Eve between 3-4pm, or delivered.  Delivery fee applies.
Food packed in Poly eskies with Instruction sheet for reheating the hot food.
Any food to be reheated packed in foil heat proof disposable containers- just throw away when finished-no washing up of cooking equipment required. Sauces packaged in microwavable containers.

Don’t spend the day fighting crowds at expensive restaurants – have Christmas in the luxury and comfort of your own home for a fraction of the cost.

Bakers selection of breads with butter

Seafood Platter consisting of –

– Medium King Prawns with Marie la rose sauce and fresh lemon wedges

– Smoked salmon with onion and capers


Greek Salad with Iceberg Lettuce, Tomato, Feta, Spanish onion and Olives


Roast turkey breast with sage and thyme stuffing and cranberry jelly

Glazed baked Leg Ham

Chateaubriand of beef fillet wrapped in bacon, horseradish cream and Yorkshire pudding

Baby chat potatoes roasted in olive oil and fresh rosemary

Maple glazed roasted pumpkin

Steamed vegetable panache


Christmas plum pudding, brandy vanilla custard and sour cherry compote

Baby Pavlovas with lemon curd and double cream

Optional Extra

Antipasto Platter – Char-grilled vegetables, Kalamata Olives, Semi-dried Tomato, Pickles  Cheese, Kabana, Salami, Fresh Vegetable Sticks and Dips, accompanied by savory crackers – $7.50 per person + GST
